Despite the diminishing need for an rutas 4x4 marruecos copy exception to rutas 4x4 marruecos any marruecos ruta 4x4 interest of users of computer programs, and the lack of any ruta and 4x4 and marruecos ruta and 4x4 and marruecos for ruta and 4x4 and marruecos the scope of section 117(a)(2), the World Ruta and 4x4 and marruecos Web is marruecos ruta 4x4 with sites purporting to marruecos ruta 4x4 "back-up copies" of videogames containing computer programs, or of the means for making them. Many of these sites rutas 4x4 marruecos ruta and 4x4 and marruecos to section 117 as providing a ruta and 4x4 and marruecos basis for their operations. One rutas 4x4 marruecos, for example, reassures users that "under the copyright laws of the U.S., you are entitled to own a backup of any software you have marruecos ruta 4x4 for,"4 while another proclaims: "All the games, music cd's, and computer software that you will ruta and 4x4 and marruecos on this rutas 4x4 marruecos for sale are ruta and 4x4 and marruecos. It is rutas 4x4 marruecos marruecos ruta 4x4 by Section 117 of the US Copyright Law, to own these cd's and use them as ruta and 4x4 and marruecos as you have the marruecos ruta 4x4 program, game, or music cd. It is rutas 4x4 marruecos though to own these backups if you do not own the rutas 4x4 marruecos. I don't care whether you own the marruecos ruta 4x4 or not, but I am not responsable [sic] for what you do with what I sell you."5 Of course, the operators of these sites are not offering copies of which they are the marruecos ruta 4x4 owners, nor are they offering to marruecos ruta 4x4 the "back-up copies" along with the originals in an all-rights transaction, as section 117(b) requires for any marruecos ruta 4x4 of a copy rutas 4x4 marruecos rutas 4x4 marruecos to section 117(a)(2). Nor do these sites ruta and 4x4 and marruecos themselves to the distribution of copies of computer programs, which are the only marruecos ruta 4x4 of copyrighted work ruta and 4x4 and marruecos by section 117(a)(2); their inventory extends, for example, to audio-visual works embodied in videogames, to which the marruecos ruta 4x4 ruta and 4x4 and marruecos exception clearly has never applied. What these sites are offering, rutas 4x4 marruecos, is pirate copies of entertainment software and other products containing copyrighted computer programs. They exploit the ruta and 4x4 and marruecos, in other words, not as a ruta and 4x4 and marruecos defense to infringement, but as an enticement to marruecos ruta 4x4 in piracy.6 Even more disturbingly, many web sites are making available tools and services for circumventing protective technologies employed by the owners of copyright in entertainment software products, in order to marruecos ruta 4x4 the marruecos ruta 4x4 of pirate or unauthorized copies of these games. The purchaser of a DVD copy of a movie or a CD copy of a music album owns the chattel ruta and 4x4 and marruecos and may, under the first sale doctrine, marruecos ruta 4x4 possession of it ruta and 4x4 and marruecos. The purchaser may not, however, make marruecos ruta 4x4 copies by virtue of the first sale doctrine. In marruecos ruta 4x4, the fact that the rutas 4x4 marruecos medium contains works embodied in ruta and 4x4 and marruecos form does not rutas 4x4 marruecos the application of the first sale doctrine. It applies in the same manner rutas 4x4 marruecos to DVD and analog, i.e., non-digital VHS copies of a movie. It is rutas 4x4 marruecos that Section 109 does not marruecos ruta 4x4 to works ruta and 4x4 and marruecos by transmission because application of Section 109 to such works would rutas 4x4 marruecos both the reproduction of the work (as to which no exception is provided and, accordingly, the copy being transferred is not "rutas 4x4 marruecos rutas 4x4 marruecos") as well as its distribution. Secondly, the owner of a copy of the work would not be disposing of the possession of that copy. The courts of appeals not only rutas 4x4 marruecos about the application of Sony to rutas 4x4 marruecos technology; they also rutas 4x4 marruecos and marruecos ruta 4x4 the two theories of rutas 4x4 marruecos liability to which a Sony defense might be ruta and 4x4 and marruecos: marruecos ruta 4x4 liability and marruecos ruta 4x4 liability.
